The Laboratory is where Dr. Crookspine resides. He is the only NPC capable of building the Translator device you need to understand Glorp.
The Laboratory is located near the Oil Rig. Look for a large, high-tech building on a small island. Once inside, Dr. Crookspine is usually in the room on the right side.
Sunstone Island is a tropical island where you need to fish for one of the specific Translator components.
Fish in the waters surrounding Sunstone Island to catch the Communication Circuit. Remember to use a Training Rod and Garbage Bait to increase your chances of catching this "Trash" rarity item.
The "Ocean" refers to any open water area that isn't part of a specific named island zone.
Fish in the open ocean to catch the Device Display component. Like other components, this is a Trash rarity item, so use the low-luck strategy (Training Rod + Garbage Bait).
